Step 1: Gather and Invite

Step 2: Define the Structure

Step 3: Embrace Growth and Service

The Digital Church gets personal!

I will Go!

"Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth—to every nation, tribe, language and people. He said in a loud voice, 'Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water.'" Revelation 14:6-7

This passage highlights the proclamation of the eternal gospel to the entire world. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing God as the Creator, giving Him glory, and acknowledging His righteous judgment.

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:14. Let’s preach the gospel to everyone! Jesus is coming soon!

Step 1: Gather and Invite

The first step to starting a small group in your home, through is to invite those the Lord has placed in your heart and mind Here are the initial steps:

A. Pray for Guidance: Seek God's guidance through prayer, asking Him to lead you in forming a small group and bringing together individuals who are eager to learn, worship, and grow in their faith.

B. Extend Invitations: Reach out to friends, family members, neighbors, who might be interested in joining the small group. Share the vision and purpose of the group, emphasizing the opportunity to experience watch in community a church you feel at home with.

Bible Texts:

- Matthew 18:20 (NIV): "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them."

- Acts 2:42: "They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."

 Step 2: Define the Structure

Once you have gathered a group of interested individuals, it's important to establish a structure for your small group to ensure a meaningful and enriching experience. Consider the following:

A. Determine Meeting Frequency: Decide on the frequency of your small group meetings. It can be weekly, biweekly, or according to a schedule that works best for the participants.

B. Allocate Time for Discussion: Plan dedicated time after watching the Digital Church to engage in discussions and reflections. Encourage open and respectful dialogue, allowing everyone to share their insights, questions, and personal experiences related to the sermon or message.

C. Foster Fellowship: Create opportunities for fellowship and building relationships. Encourage participants to share their prayer requests, support one another in their spiritual journeys, and engage in activities that strengthen bonds within the group.

Bible Texts:

- Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV): "And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

- Proverbs 27:17 (NIV): "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

Step 3: Embrace Growth and Service

A crucial aspect of any small group is the emphasis on personal growth and service to others. Encourage your small group members to grow in their faith and reach out to the community with the love of Christ. Consider these steps:

A. Study and Application: Encourage participants to deepen their understanding of the Word of God through personal Bible study and reflection. Share resources, such as study guides or devotionals, to facilitate individual growth.

B. Prayer and Support: Foster an atmosphere of prayer and support within the small group. Encourage regular prayer for one another, the Digital Church of the Gulf States Conference, and the broader community. Provide a space for sharing testimonies of answered prayers and God's faithfulness.

C. Engage in Outreach: Inspire the small group to actively serve their communities and share the message of God's love. Plan service projects, participate in local outreach initiatives, or find creative ways to impact lives with acts of kindness and compassion.

Bible Texts:

- James 2:17 "In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead."

- Galatians 5:13 “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.”
